We also help Airbnb and FSBO home owners rent and sell their properties.
Photography Prices start at $175 for 15 images, with a $4 fee for each extra image.
MATTERPORT is the virtual tour platform that we use. A tour starts at $175 for up to a 2000 sq. ft. residence.
Drone photography and video starts at $235 for 10 images and an approximately 2 minute video of the property and the neighborhood.
Virtual Staging for individual photos starts at $28 per image.
2D Floor Plans start at $75.
Dropbox and Google Drive is used to deliver your images.
For larger properties, 3500 sq. ft. and larger, add $35 for additional time on site.
A fuel charge may apply for more distant travel.
We prefer payment through Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Check. For Credit/Debit cards and Paypal, a 3% charge will be added to the final invoice total.
